组织应确保受其控制的工作人员知晓：

a. 质量方针；

b. 相关的质量目标；

c. 他们对质量管理体系有效性的贡献，包括改进绩效的益处；

d. 不符合质量管理体系要求的后果。

e. 相关质量管理体系的形成文件的信息和随后的变更；

f. 他们对于产品或者服务符合性的贡献；

g. 他们对于产品安全性的贡献；

h. 道德行为的重要性。

7.3、Awareness

The organization shall ensure that persons doing work under the organization’s control are aware of:

a. the quality policy;

b. relevant quality objectives;

c. their contribution to the effectiveness of the quality management system, including the benefits of improved performance;

d. the implications of not conforming with the quality management system requirements.

e. relevant quality management system documented information and changes thereto;

f. their contribution to product or service conformity;

g. their contribution to product safety;

h. the importance of ethical behavior.
